Natural wine: The future of wine enjoyment?

The industries associated with viticulture (e.g. spraying and fertilizer manufacturers) view the development critically because they can do less or no more business with natural wine growers. And also professional circles in the predominantly German-speaking countries discuss natural wine very controversially - lack of knowledge often leads to demonizing natural wine as bad swill. Nevertheless, the number of lovers of natural wine is increasing: We consumers are called upon to show the wine industry the blue tongue! Nature is incredibly diverse and stronger than taste norms, which in the course of the past decades have been kept in familiar channels and conventionalized the taste spectrum of wine, i.e. thinned it out - and our palate inevitably became impoverished along with it. Natural wines invite us to offer our taste buds the new old variety again and to enjoy it more comprehensively!
